Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks an experienced Chef to manage kitchen operations in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary ₦100,00–₦200,00/month; 6 days/week; immediate start. Responsibilities: prepare dishes to recipes, ensure quality, portion control, menu planning, inventory, hygiene, equipment upkeep, waste minimization, food safety, and coordinate staff. Requirements: proven restaurant/hotel chef experience, strong food prep and hygiene knowledge, creativity, discipline, ability to work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
