Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks an experienced Kitchen Supervisor for its hospitality venue in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary ₦80,00–₦150,00 monthly, 6 days/week, immediate start. You will supervise daily kitchen operations, coordinate staff, ensure food quality, enforce hygiene and safety standards, manage schedules, monitor stock and reduce waste, and support the head chef to maintain efficiency. Requirements: proven supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication, solid knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation, ability to work under pressure, reliable and detail-oriented.
