We are seeking a Confidential Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing confidential correspondence, organizing meetings, handling sensitive documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of executive support experience, excellent communication, strong organization, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office.
