Call for Non-Equity Associate Partners
Goldenmuv Premium Consulting Limited (GMPC) is undergoing a strategic restructuring and revenue expansion phase as part of our 2026 growth agenda, “Rising to Global Prominence through Strategic Positioning.”
As we scale our footprint, deepen sector specialization, and strengthen market presence, we are inviting seasoned professionals to join our firm as Non-Equity Partners.
This opportunity is not employment. It is a performance-driven partnership role designed for individuals with strong market access, credibility, and the capacity to originate and close business.
Role: Non-Equity Partner (Revenue & Practice Growth)
Non-Equity Partners are senior professionals of the firm who play a critical role in business development, client acquisition, market penetration, and practice growth, without equity ownership at the entry stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, develop, and close consulting, advisory, or training engagements
- Leverage existing networks to drive new revenue streams for GMPC
- Lead or support the delivery of client engagements within your expertise
- Contribute to GMPC’s market visibility, thought leadership, and brand growth
- Support strategic partnerships, alliances, and institutional relationships
- Uphold GMPC’s governance, quality, and ethical standards
Whom We Are Looking For
This role is best suited for individuals who:
- Have strong professional networks in corporate, public sector, NGO, or development spaces
- Possess proven experience in consulting, advisory, training, leadership development, HR, strategy, operations, or related fields
- Are commercially minded and comfortable with performance-based earnings
- Can independently originate opportunities and influence decision-makers
- Prefer flexibility, autonomy, and upside over fixed salaries
- Are interested in a long-term pathway to equity partnership, subject to performance
Compensation Structure (Important)
- No salary or fixed monthly pay
- Earnings are strictly commission- and/or revenue-share-based
- Partners earn agreed percentages on revenue they personally generate
- High performers may qualify for:
- Increased revenue share
- Leadership of practice areas
- Consideration for future equity partnership, subject to governance approval
