Job Description
Goldmac Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled Finance Liaison Officer to analyze production costs, inventory, and expenses, providing accurate financial data to management. This role supports Senior Finance Liaison Officers in budget management, monitoring, and year-end account closing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Quotations and Invoices
- Manage GIT insurance booking and reconciliation
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Liaise with clients and assist with payroll preparation
- Coordinate with internal and external audits
- Prepare tax payments and financial reports
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc in Accountancy or related field
- 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics
- Proficient in at least one accounting package/ERP
