Job Description
Join us to contact overdue customers (phone, email, in-person), negotiate repayment plans, conduct asset recovery, prepare reports, ensure legal compliance, issue demand/reminder letters, and analyze portfolios to reduce losses. Requirements: HND/BSc in Finance or related field, minimum 2 years’ debt recovery/collections (microfinance preferred), strong negotiation, communication and time management skills, high integrity, and MS Office proficiency. Other duties as assigned.
