Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Restaurant Customer Service Representative to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will greet customers, manage orders, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly with a professional attitude.
Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, and tracking reservations. Strong communication, multitasking, and basic POS experience are preferred.
