Job Description
Join a Lekki beauty spa as Business Manager earning ₦250,00/month. You will support the CEO in strategy execution and oversee daily operations, vendor and facility management, HR (recruitment/onboarding/disengagement), staff coaching, conflict resolution, policy adherence, sales, and business development. Require 3+ years as a manager—preferably in the beauty or wellness industry—with strong leadership, organization, marketing/sales experience, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and excellent communication.
