Job Description
We are hiring a Fulfillment Officer responsible for end-to-end order processing, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping. You will coordinate with warehouse teams and carriers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key duties include picking and packing orders, updating inventory records, preparing shipping documents, tracking shipments, handling returns, resolving fulfillment issues, and suggesting process improvements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in order fulfillment or warehouse operations, with basic inventory system and Excel skills, strong communication, and ability to lift moderate weight.
