Job Description

Gracedcircle Health Initiatives is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on improving health outcomes and equity among youth and underserved communities in the U.S. and Nigeria. We’re seeking an experienced Programs Manager to lead and grow our community health projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage health programs from idea to impact.
- Coordinate field teams, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Track progress using M&E tools and ensure timely, quality reporting.
- Build relationships with partners and community leaders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in program management within the NGO or health sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Background in Public Health or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
