Job Description
Grand Maridos Hotel, the premier guest-centric hotel in Ibadan, invites you to apply for the position of Guest Service Agent. We provide a luxurious experience with over 40 comfortable rooms, a conference hall, a restaurant, and a fitness center.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and address inquiries. Your role will involve resolving any guest complaints, handling payments, and offering recommendations on local attractions. You will ensure a clean and inviting lobby while coordinating transportation for guests as needed.
Salary: N50,00 – N100,00 Monthly.
