Job Description
Greensprings School, a leading British International School in Lekki, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team in Anthony, Lagos.
This contract position involves answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
Strong verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
