Job Description
Greenwich Merchant Bank is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Officer to provide strategic and operational support in managing key HR processes. Responsibilities include handling payroll and statutory remittances, managing employee relations, overseeing HR operations, exit management, staff benefits administration, and HMO management.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience, strong background in HR operations and benefits management. Experience in the financial sector is a plus. A degree is required for this senior-level position.
Salary: Negotiable, ranging from NGN 600,00 to 900,00. Full-time position based in Lagos.
