Job Description
Greenwood Furniture seeks a Customer Care Representative to welcome walk-in clients, handle inquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email), explain furniture options, pricing, timelines, prepare quotations, and close sales. Track orders, production and delivery timelines; coordinate with internal teams; update clients; resolve complaints; schedule appointments and showroom visits; maintain client records and documentation; respond professionally and on time. Qualifications: HND/BSc preferred, customer service or retail experience (furniture/interior an advantage), excellent communication, sales and organizational skills, computer literacy. Sales-oriented, client-focused, calm under pressure. Full-time. Pay: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month.
