Job Description
GreyBoulders Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, on-site position in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control, management, and planning within the construction industry. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost analysis, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, strong analytical skills, and teamwork ability. Professional certifications are a plus.
