Job Description
We are Greywood Hotels & Apartments seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Hotel Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing of goods and services. Responsibilities include sourcing reliable suppliers for food & beverage, linens, equipment, and cleaning supplies; negotiating contracts and pricing; issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries; maintaining procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports; coordinating with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office to forecast needs; inspecting deliveries for quality and compliance; monitoring stock levels and enforcing hotel procurement policies; and reporting on market trends and supplier performance. Job Type: Full-time.
