Job Description
We are seeking a vigilant, dependable Experienced Hotel Security Officer for Greywood Hotels & Apartments. This full-time role ensures the safety of guests, staff, and property through regular patrols of entrances, hallways, and parking areas; monitoring CCTV and alarm systems; controlling access and checking identification; and responding promptly to incidents and emergencies. The officer will escort guests when needed, coordinate closely with front desk, maintenance, and management, prepare clear incident reports and logs, assist with evacuations and drills, enforce hotel policies, and provide professional customer service while maintaining health and safety compliance.
