Job Description

We are seeking a courteous, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service delivery by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, rates, and promotions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain clear and polite communication with guests via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and complaints.
