Job Description
Growth Partner Intermediaries Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Head of Human Resources & Administration at a prominent FMCG company located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives.
- Consult with managers and executives.
- Supervise daily HR and administrative functions.
- Provide team leadership and strategic direction.
- Experience with blue-collar workforce.
Basic Requirements:
- Degree in Humanities or related field.
- 7+ years in HR & Admin, with 2-3 years in leadership.
- HR certification preferred.
Salary: N500,00 / Month.
