Job Description
Growth Partner Intermediaries Ltd in Lekki, Lagos is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Head of Human Resources & Administration. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of 500,00.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Humanities or a related field. A master’s degree and HR professional certification are preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of HR and Administration experience, including 4-6 years in a managerial role.
Key responsibilities include developing HR initiatives, consulting with managers, and overseeing daily HR and administrative functions.
