Job Description
Growth Troops is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead our expanding team. This remote position operates on Eastern Time and offers competitive pay within a high-growth startup environment. As a venture-backed SaaS company based in NYC, we provide enterprise tools for brands managing substantial advertising budgets.
In this role, you will guide a team of Account Executives, develop outbound strategies, and drive pipeline growth. Successful candidates will have 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in management. A track record of closing $100K+ deals and proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is essential.
