Job Description

GText Holdings seeks a professional, creative Chef to oversee kitchen operations at our island location. You will plan menus and supervise food preparation; maintain high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, safety, and cost control; and lead kitchen staff to deliver excellent meals. Requirements: proven experience as a Chef (certification advantageous), strong leadership and kitchen management skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.
