Job Description
GText Holdings seeks a friendly, patient Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support operations on the Island. You will respond to customer inquiries promptly, handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate customer records, and deliver a consistently positive customer experience. Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication, a polite and calm customer-focused attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
