Job Description
Gtext Holdings is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our HR department. This full-time position is crucial for managing various recruitment functions.
Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, using HRIS for data management, assisting with lead generation, and effective communication. Familiarity with Kronos and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, proven HR experience, and excellent communication skills.
Pay ranges from ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month.
