Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Director, Business Development to lead growth across the region. You will develop and execute regional sales and partnership strategies, manage and mentor business development teams, identify new market opportunities, negotiate major deals, and collaborate with product and operations to meet revenue targets. The role requires 8+ years in business development with leadership experience, strong strategic thinking, proven track record of closing high-value contracts, excellent stakeholder management, and willingness to travel. MBA or equivalent preferred.
