This full-time position involves delivering high-quality training programs for new and existing security personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operatives possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude to perform effectively, adhering to our standards and client expectations. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, facilitating onboarding, evaluating trainee performance, and maintaining training materials. Candidates should have a minimum qualification of B.Sc./HND, military or paramilitary experience is a plus, and strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
