Job Description
We seek a proactive Customer Experience & Sales Officer to grow Hara’s online presence in Port Harcourt. Onsite full-time role: manage social media, messaging, phone support, user verification, monitor gift card transactions and exchange rates with Chinese partners, resolve operational issues, and conduct outreach to boost conversions. Must have excellent verbal/written communication, friendly sales focus, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and comfort with social platforms and calls. Shift flexibility.
