Job Description
Harmony Culture is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Founder. This crucial role involves managing schedules, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar and client interactions.
- Coordinate meetings and track event tasks.
- Prepare proposals, monitor budgets, and maintain organized records.
- Anticipate business needs.
Requirements: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant; strong Google Workspace/Microsoft Office skills.
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Salary: ₦180,00/month
