Job Description

Harobed and Associates Limited is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to manage all operations beyond core travel services. The COO will collaborate with the MD/CEO to shape the company’s strategic direction and enhance service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of senior operations leadership experience in the travel industry, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, and an MBA is a plus. Key responsibilities include personnel management, systems optimization, and driving growth. Tech-savvy candidates focused on high-quality client experiences are preferred.
