Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead HAUSSTROM LIMITED’s support team. The successful candidate will have 5–10 years of customer service experience, manager-level experience, and strong knowledge of CRM software. Responsibilities include coaching staff, optimizing support workflows, maintaining service quality, and reporting performance. Excellent communication skills, Excel proficiency, and Google Sheets experience are required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of ₦350,00.00–₦500,00.00.
