Job Description
We are hiring a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Officer to support daily operations at HAYF WELLNESS spa. You will welcome clients in person and online, manage bookings and client records, coordinate with therapists, handle inquiries and payments, maintain front desk presentation, and provide administrative support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; spa, hospitality, or customer service background preferred; strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; professional appearance.
