Heirs Insurance Group is seeking dedicated Sales Representatives/Financial Advisors in Lagos to join our dynamic team. This full-time hybrid role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, providing outstanding customer service, conducting financial assessments, creating personalized financial plans, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications include strong skills in Finance, excellent sales and customer service abilities, superior communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred, with relevant experience in the insurance industry being a plus.
