Job Description
Helean Global Consulting is seeking a Factory HR Officer to join our team in Mowe, Abeokuta & Ogun State. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant and strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Factory HR Manager to set objectives, ensuring compliance with attendance tracking, supporting management with coaching techniques, overseeing employee relations, managing payroll, and facilitating onboarding processes.
Candidates must have a B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The salary budget is N300,00 – 350,00 Net.
