Job Description
Heritage Kidney and Medical Care seeks a Customer Service Representative (Full-time, Permanent) to welcome and register patients, collect demographics and insurance, verify coverage, schedule appointments in the EMR, maintain and securely file medical records, add patients to treatment and lab queues, and manage clinic flow to minimize wait times. Provide clear explanations of procedures, appointments, and billing; courteously handle phone, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries; and redirect patients appropriately. Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills required.
