Job Description
HIGHBRIDGE HOMES LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will maintain employee records, provide administrative support for recruitment, manage onboarding, and coordinate training programs. You will ensure HR database accuracy and assist with benefits administration while complying with labor laws.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2 years of HR/Admin experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office are required.
This full-time position is based in Lagos, with a salary of ₦150,00.00 monthly.
