Job Description
HillBridge Consulting seeks a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, compliance, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Partner with department heads to staff construction, technology, design, and corporate roles; design onboarding and HR policies; ensure legal compliance and mandatory training; administer benefits (health, 13th month), salary reviews and bonuses. Identify high-potential employees and champion company values. Salary: ₦400,00–₦450,00/month.
