Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Pastry Chef to lead our bakery team, craft high-quality pastries, desserts, and plated desserts, and develop seasonal recipes. You will oversee production, maintain quality and consistency, manage inventory and costing, enforce sanitation and food-safety standards, and mentor junior bakers. Candidates should have 2+ years’ professional pastry experience, strong technical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work mornings and weekends.
