Job Description
Hobark International Limited (HIL) is a leading company in the oil and gas industry with offices in four countries, including a head office in Lagos. We are seeking a Human Resources Lead to provide high-level administrative and operational support across all HR functions.
This role includes developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and driving performance management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR experience in the oil and gas sector, have a relevant B.Sc. degree, and possess HR certifications as an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
