Job Description
Hobark International Limited (HIL), an oil and gas staffing and services group founded in 1998 with headquarters in Lagos and offices in four countries, is hiring an HR Manager. This full-time, permanent Lagos-based role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPM/SHRM preferred) and a minimum of 7 years in HR management, ideally in Oil & Gas. Key duties include ensuring Nigerian labor law compliance, leading talent acquisition, managing performance programs, administering HRIS, and using MS Office. Strong communication, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and resilience under pressure are essential.
