Job Description
Homgrove Technologies seeks a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and operations of our short-term rental properties. This full-time role includes regular property inspections, scheduling routine maintenance, coordinating cleaning teams and external vendors, responding to guest maintenance requests, managing technician performance, maintaining inventory and expense records, and preparing power/fuel and maintenance reports. Candidates should have 2+ years in a similar role, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, basic property management software knowledge, and strong communication abilities. Monthly pay: ₦100,00–₦150,00.
