Job Description
Homland Ivy Homes Ltd seeks a proactive Business Development Executive in Makurdi. Generate and close residential and commercial leads, manage client relationships, inspect properties, present listings, negotiate deals, support marketing, maintain records, and report weekly/monthly sales. Requirements: 1–3 years sales or business development experience (real estate a plus), strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, local market knowledge. Qualifications: OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing. Full-time. Pay: ₦100,00/month.
