Job Description
We are hiring a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to monitor and maintain network performance, respond to incidents, and coordinate escalations. Responsibilities include 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls, running diagnostics, performing routine maintenance, documenting incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in NOC/IT operations, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, SNMP, and network monitoring tools, plus excellent communication skills. Preferred: CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certifications. Shift flexibility and on-call availability required.
