Job Description

Horatio Limited is seeking a highly experienced Project Planner / Project Control Specialist to support a critical upcoming project. The ideal candidate will manage project scheduling, progress monitoring, risk management, and cost control to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Monitor project milestones and align timelines with objectives.
  • Develop risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project expenditures and conduct financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with COREN.
  • 10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

Required Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong analytical and communication skills.
