Job Description
Hotel Capitol is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support the kitchen team by performing basic food preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks.
- Prepare simple dishes under supervision.
- Ensure all prepared ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
- Follow recipe guidelines as instructed.
