Job Description
MANTAINANCE PERSONELL NEEDED (PLUMBING,ELECTRICAL AND AC TECHNICIAN)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
#Perfoming routine maintenance tasks ,including repairs and replacements,on hotel facilities and equipment’s
#Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and adress them proactively
#Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operations
#Maintain records of maintenance activities including work orders and inventory management
#Maintain records of maintenance activities,including work orders and inventory management
#Support the maintenance of hotel grounds and exterior areas
REQUIREMENTS
#Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in maintenance,preferably hospitality or commercial buildings
#basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
#strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
