Job Description
Hotel Capitol is hiring an organized, proactive Operations Supervisor to manage daily hotel operations, optimize workflows, and support smooth business functions. You will supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities across departments; lead and motivate teams to meet productivity targets; monitor schedules and resources to ensure timely task completion; and identify and implement process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and NYSC completion; 1–2 years’ supervisory experience in a hotel; must reside near Ogba, Ikeja, Iju-Ishaga, or Akute. Full-time position. Strong communication, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving skills required.
