Job Description
Supervise daily front desk operations; handle check in and check out, guest satisfaction, reservations, billing, inquiries and complaints. Monitor cash and reports; train and schedule staff; coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and Food & Beverage. Requirements: diploma or degree in Hospitality or Business; 2–3 years front desk or customer service experience (hotel preferred); strong communication and leadership; Opera or Cloud PMS proficiency; multitask under pressure. Must be available for shifts, weekends, and holidays. Full-time.
