Job Description

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences and efficient service delivery. Requirements: HND or BS in Hospitality Management or related field, NYSC certificate, minimum 2 years supervisory hotel experience (front desk or operations preferred). Responsibilities: supervise front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff; ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution; monitor check-in/check-out, room readiness, and inventory; prepare daily occupancy, revenue, and operational reports; ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards. Job Type: Full-time.
