Prepare and cook high-quality meals for hotel guests while maintaining kitchen standards. Requirements: minimum two years of experience in a cooking role in a hotel or restaurant; SSCE certificate required; culinary certification is a plus. Responsibilities include meal preparation according to hotel standards, ensuring presentation, taste, and hygiene meet expectations, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, following safety protocols, collaborating with kitchen and F&B staff for smooth service, and adapting recipes for dietary needs or seasonal changes.
