Job Description
Hotel Capitol seeks a polite, professional Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain interaction records, and coordinate with departments while keeping the front area tidy. Candidates must hold OND/HND/B.Sc, have 1–3 years of customer service experience (hotel, retail, or service preferred), strong verbal and written communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Key skills include interpersonal communication, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management. Reliability, honesty, and a professional appearance are required.
